Fathers & Partners Support Circle

This monthly support group is specifically designed for fathers and partners of breastfeeding mothers. We create a safe space to discuss the unique challenges, joys, and questions that come with supporting a breastfeeding partner. Led by experienced facilitators who are fathers themselves, this group helps participants learn practical ways to support breastfeeding, navigate changing family dynamics, and connect with other partners on the same journey. Topics include understanding breastfeeding basics, supporting through challenges, bonding with baby while not breastfeeding, managing sleep deprivation, and maintaining relationship health. Light refreshments provided.
